SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description

This messaging program sends inquiry follow-ups, appointment and consultation reminders, event planning updates, onboarding communications, and marketing messages to customers who have completed the opt-in form on our website at gladdenevents.com and explicitly consented to receive SMS messages from Gladden & Associates Event Management.

SMS consent is collected through website forms with dedicated checkboxes. Messages may include event planning updates, scheduling and reminder notifications, inquiry follow-ups, and promotional offers for customers who have opted in to marketing messages.

Cancellation Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number that sent you messages. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through our website.
