Faith Gladden, CMP — President of WOWs & CEO, Gladden & Associates Event Management

Faith Gladden doesn’t just plan events — she creates moments that make people say “WOW.” Known affectionately as the “President of WOWs,” Faith brings her signature mix of fun, humor, and flawless execution to every stage she touches.

Her career began in 2005 with the National Education Association, where she helped plan the 12,500-person Representative Assembly — a logistical symphony that taught her the power of connection through shared experiences. When the world went virtual, Faith turned challenge into opportunity, creating a digital exhibiting program for a national STEM association that generated over $500,000 in its first year.

In 2023, she joined Tony Robbins’ global event team, leading powerhouse productions like Date with Destiny, Business Mastery, Life Mastery, and the first-ever hybrid RPM Experience for more than 8,000 participants worldwide. Whether managing multi-million-dollar budgets or negotiating over $200,000 in savings within eight months, Faith blends business savvy with heart-centered leadership.

But numbers only tell part of her story. Faith is passionate about bringing people together — whether through transformative conferences, marriage retreats, or curated travel experiences that foster connection and joy. She’s known for creating white-glove experiences on real-world budgets, and for making every guest — and every client — feel like her very best friend.

Ken Gladden, MBA is the Co-Founder and CEO of Gladden & Associates Event Management.  Ken has a Master's in International Business and Finance from University of Maryland University College, and a Masters in Accounting from DeVry University. 

 Ken brings over 20 years of accounting and finance expertise along with data systems and reporting infrastructure knowledge to G&A.  His experience as a data system analyst and reporting acumen help G&A provide next-level survey data and post-event metrics for our clients. This, combined with his innate ability to clearly and concisely explain the event analytics, makes him an untapped resource for all our clients.

On a personal level Ken is married to the love of his life Faith and they live in Texas.
