Faith Gladden has spent more than two decades turning ambitious ideas into experiences people remember — and helping the organizations behind them look exceptionally good in the process.
Her career began in the association world, where she learned early that a successful conference is never just an event. It can drive revenue, deepen member relationships, strengthen an organization's reputation, and create the moments that remind people why they belong.
Over the years, Faith's work expanded from association conferences into major live and virtual productions, complex multi-day programs, and transformative experiences for thousands of participants. Along the way, she became known for something beyond flawless execution: bringing strategic direction to big ideas, creating order from chaos, finding solutions others miss, and turning real-world budgets into experiences that feel anything but ordinary.

Away from the spreadsheets, Kenneth is Faith’s husband of 30 years, a proud father and grandfather, and an active member of Covenant Church in Carrollton, Texas. Around G&A, he’s equal parts CFO, steady hand, and Bae. 💜

Known around G&A as “Auntie Jo Jo,” JoAnn brings warmth, calm, and genuine care to every event she touches. She supports planning and onsite execution while helping clients, attendees, and team members feel seen and taken care of. She also brings a sharp eye for swag, branded merchandise, and the thoughtful little details that add personality to the attendee experience.

Cheryl is an experienced meeting professional with a background spanning conferences, events, trade shows, and executive-level programs. Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, she brings structure and steady execution to complex programs while keeping the attendee experience front and center. Her calm professionalism makes her a trusted presence both in planning and onsite.

F&B & Rooming Coordinator
Don supports G&A onsite with a practical, hands-on approach to event execution. He assists with site inspections, food and beverage coordination, rooming logistics, and the physical setup work that keeps events moving smoothly. At Chiro Texpo, he’s part of the team that helps make sure the behind-the-scenes details from boxes to ballroom logistics and everything in between, actually get done.

Deion keeps the physical side of events moving. From onsite logistics and transportation support to loading, setup, and the million practical details that have to happen behind the scenes, he helps turn plans into reality.
